- 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 35 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the potatoes. If it goes in easily, they are done.
Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
