Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts quartered
- ½ cup Salami sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, salami, red onion, and basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
