- 12 pieces Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 slices Bacon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fill each halved jalapeno with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
