Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Spread kale on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are brown but not burnt.
