  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Spread kale on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are brown but not burnt.
