Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dried fruits optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, beaten eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the dried fruits if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
