Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen berries optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the berries if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden and the oats are set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
