  • 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
