Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 Red bell pepper chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper chopped
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
