Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, New York, featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

- 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
3. Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
4. Pile the warm roast beef onto the bottom half of each roll.
5. Spread horseradish on the top half of each roll and place on top of the beef.
6. Serve with extra au jus for dipping.
