  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. 4. Brush skewers with the marinade.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
