Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 2 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
