Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta uncooked
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
