Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
Cook for another 2 minutes until bok choy is tender.
Serve hot.
