  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin. Serve warm.
