  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. 2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
