- 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2-4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat on high for 3 minutes.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add more heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
