Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. 2. Add the carrots and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
