Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
