- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, salt, and pepper to make the dumpling dough.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
