Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 8 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and shred the chicken.
  6. 6. Return the shredded chicken to the pot. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
