Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half the cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Spread the shredded chicken over the cheese and top with the remaining cheese.
Place the second tortilla on top and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
