Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 large Carrots sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until slightly browned.
  4. 4. Add carrots, celery, and chicken broth to the pot.
  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove chicken pieces, shred the meat, and return to the pot.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
