Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture in the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
