Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
