Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh parsley finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Oregano fresh or dried
- ½ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
1. Combine parsley, garlic, and oregano in a blender or food processor.
2. Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
3. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
