Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oregano fresh or dried
  • ½ cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine parsley, garlic, and oregano in a blender or food processor.
  2. 2. Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. 3. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
