Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 6 slices Bread cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
Add the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
