This is a simple recipe for making clotted cream at home.

- 2 cups Heavy Cream not ultra-pasteurized
Preheat your oven to 180°F (82°C).
Pour the heavy cream into a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 12 hours. Do not stir or disturb the cream.
Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Spoon the thickened clotted cream into a jar, leaving the liquid behind.
