Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef along with the amount of water specified on the seasoning packet. Cook according to the packet instructions.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
Place a large tortilla on a flat surface. Add a layer of ground beef in the center, followed by a tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats to seal the wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings. Serve warm.
