Main Ingredients
- 500 g Cooked Chicken shredded
- 200 ml Mayonnaise
- 100 ml Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 50 g Dried Apricots chopped
- 50 g Sultanas
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a saucepan, heat the curry powder for a minute until fragrant.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, tomato paste, lemon juice, and curry powder in a bowl.
3. Add the shredded chicken, dried apricots, and sultanas. Mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
