Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, and fresh dill. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. 5. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with crackers.
