Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the broccoli and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the broccoli is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the cream, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Heat through and serve hot.
