- 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 Onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat.
3. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
