Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumbers sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and red onion.
2. Add vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix gently.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a colder salad.
