Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water

Filling

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to make the dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the filling.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal the edges.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
