  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. 3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and green onions, stir well to combine.
