- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
4. Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
5. Add soy sauce and green onions, stir well to combine.
