  • 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 French rolls split
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add roast beef to the skillet and heat until warmed through.
  4. 4. Place French rolls in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  5. 5. Assemble sandwiches by placing warm roast beef on the rolls.
  6. 6. Serve with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
