Ingredients

  • 4 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the bowl.
  3. 3. Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  4. 4. Seed and mince the jalapeño, then add it to the bowl.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
  6. 6. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Mix everything together until well combined.
  8. 8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
