Ingredients 

Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Pods
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Stick broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add all the spices and toast for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Let the spices cool, then grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container.
