Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Add minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk again until the dressing is emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
