- 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. 
- Add the hash browns, cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well. 
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. 
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
