- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
