Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 14 oz
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 10 oz
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
