Hungarian Goulash Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the bell peppers, beef broth, water, tomatoes, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
