A refreshing Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes, sugar, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Raw Mangoes peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 4 cups Water
- few leaves Mint for garnish
Boil the raw mangoes in a saucepan with 2 cups of water until they are soft.
Let them cool, then peel and extract the pulp.
Blend the mango pulp with sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper powder.
Add 2 cups of water and blend again until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
