Indian Adraki Gobi Recipe
A flavorful Indian dish made with cauliflower and ginger.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
Add cauliflower florets and stir well.
Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
