Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • to garnish Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  5. Add diced potatoes and chopped green beans. Mix well.
  6. Add salt and a little water. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
