Indian Aloo Bhindi Sabzi Recipe
A simple and delicious Indian dish made with potatoes and okra.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Okra (Bhindi), chopped
- 2 medium Potatoes, diced
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped okra, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
