Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Okra (Bhindi), chopped
  • 2 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add chopped okra, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
