Indian Aloo Capsicum Recipe
A simple and delicious Indian dish made with potatoes and bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 3 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 medium Bell Peppers diced
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add diced potatoes and bell peppers. Stir to coat with spices.
Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
