Main Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
Heat mustard oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
Add the mashed potatoes, salt, and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
