Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes, salt, and mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
