Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Cauliflower, florets
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  4. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets. Mix well to coat with spices.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix well and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
